We've
had a late start to our Strawberry season due to the
cold and wet spring. The fields are lush and green and we
have had a great crop. We are still picking our
summer cropbut are right at the end of the season. Make sure to stop by.

Our
Ever Bearing Strawberries will have had a good week of fruit
before the summer berries started and we will be picking them
again late July until frost.
Raspberry
season started late but the berries were beautiful. We
carefully hand pick our raspberries
daily so you can take them
home and enjoy. Tantalize your taste
buds with a raspberry trifle.
Fresh Blueberries are always a summertime treat.
2011 season is over but in season we have a large display of these
for you to stop by
daily or pick some up for the freezer to enjoy all winter.
Blueberry crisp, muffins, pancakes... or steal cut oats and
blueberries to start your day.
We have planted Pickling Cukes again this year for all of
you diehard picklers. But there is really nothing like a
cool cucumber salad on a hot summer day. You will want to
make sure that you bring some cucumbers picked fresh from our garden home
with you. We have now finished picking for 2011.
Our Sweet Corn
had a
really cool start to the growing season, but we had a great
year!!. We are grew Peaches &
Cream
and
VISION our Sweet yellow variety again this year. Your favorite
was the yellow VISION variety again which was very sweet. There is
nothing like corn on the cob to complete your barbecue menu.
And to round off our berry barn selection, we have fresh greens and
veggies as well as Okanagan Fruit. And in
summer A bin of sweet crisp
watermelon will always be ready to cool you off.
Neufeld Farms has
grown raspberries, pickling cukes and sweet corn for over 30
years. Starting as a
U-pick operation, our cucumbers and
raspberries are now available already picked. We have
added strawberries and pumpkins to our list of homegrown crops
as well.
